I have a Whirlpool GI7FVCXWY02 with the refrigerator temperature in the refrigerator section staying around 51 degrees while I have the temperature set for 33 degrees. The freezer section is set to 0 degrees which is maintained. I've run the diagnostics which turns on the evaporator fan and opens and closes the baffle and there is air flowing when the baffle is opened. I have a monitor with two temperature sensors which transmits the temperatures to a computer. One in placed near the incoming air and the other on the second shelf. Once an hour the temperature drops on the incoming air sensor for a short period of time which indicates that the fan is running and the baffle opened. My thought is that the thermistor isn't functioning as it should and thought I'd replace it but I can't find a part number for it in my searching. Of course It could be the main board or something else but thought a thermistor would be worth a try assuming I can locate one. Anyone know where I can get the thermistor? This refrigerator isn't our primary and the ice maker isn't used. Think there is a thermistor in the ice maker, maybe I could move it over if it would be the same part.

As you can tell I'm not a repairman just trying to fix it myself and somewhat ignorant so any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.

It looks like it's part of the light wiring harness. I've seen that on a couple of other models as well.
