I have a GLD4260L00SS that will no longer start or allow me to select wash modes. It started earlier this week, when after a wash was complete, and it was in heated dry, it just started beeping every minute or so. Opening and closing the door did nothing, and after an hour it was still beeping so I flipped the breaker to get it to stop.

When I turned the breaker back on, the control panel lights for normal wash and heated dry were on, and I couldn't select anything else. After about 5 minutes, the lights turned off as if it had no power and would not turn back on.

After reading a few posts, I thought I needed a new control panel and board. I replaced both, but it does the same thing...Normal wash and heated dry selected, unable to select anything else, and it wont start.

Hi,

I'd first check the door switches, if one or both are bad the dishwasher will not start. If the door switches are fine next check the door handle actuator.

Your model takes two door switches.

Here's the door switch for your model:
