I replaced the belt on my dryer in January of 2022 and just found it broken. I checked the pulleys, which seem to be fine. Everything else looks ok as well. Any guesses?
I'll add pictures in my comment.

Hi, You posted your washer model number by mistake.

I believe this is your dryer: GLGR341AS4 from this thread:

From your 1st photo above it looks like your rear bearing has worn out, and that could cause the belt to break to quick.

Here's the rear bearing for your model(Video Included):
Bearing 131825900

Also check your idler pulley to make sure the roller is spinning free both ways.

Here's the idler pulley for your model:
Idler Assembly 131863007

Whenever you replace the bearing, its always best to replace the front glide felt pad kit as well.

Here's the front glide felt pad kit for your model you can order:
Felt Seal 5303937182

Oops! Yes, I did post the washer and that’s my dryer. Thanks for catching that. Upon closer inspection the rear bearing does look pretty warn. Here’s a picture. What do you think?

Do you think the shaft should be replaced as well?

Yes, its definitely a bad rear bearing.

Thanks Jake! What should I use for lubricant? Last time I just used the grease I had on hand.

With the exception of running loud one day shortly after doing the repair, the dryer is now working as it should. Thanks for the assistance

Excellent, glad to hear that.(y)

Thanks for the update!
