We have a GE refrigerator (GNE29GSKISS) that's about 3 years old and having fridge lights problems.
LED lights are all dim. Freezer's light works fine. We had cooling and temperature control issues as well, so we replaced a fan inside of the fridge and changed a motherboard, but we're still having lights issues.
When we press door light switches on the top of fridge, all lights turn off. When I let them go, lights are all back, but very dim. Not flickering; all lights are on, but very dim.

no, none of them are completely out....they are all dim.

Yes, John is correct, look for a dimmer one and replace it. If you find no dimmer one and the motherboard has been replaced, then I'm puzzled too, unless you have a short in the wire harness from the motherboard to the LED lights in the refrigerator section.

Other than that, Its best to contact GE at 1-800-432-2737 to have GE come out and see what's going on.
