I have a side by side Whirlpool GS6NBEXRS01.

It drips water on the freezer side at the bottom of the door.

If I open the door it will drip water usually on the outside right corner.
It makes ice with no issues.

I have the dial set to the highest number and the temperature hovers around 5-9 dg.

Not sure why Its not getting down to 0dg freezing..

Hi Dave,

Is the bottom of your freezer floor full of ice? Does it have ice covering the freezer floor?

If so, then it sounds like your defrost drain hole is clogged up.

You'll need to remove the back panel inside the freezer to get access to that drain hole, watch this video, it starts at the 2:40 mark: Whirlpool Refrigerator Disassembly

Also when you have that back panel inside the freezer off, take a photo of your evaporator coil, we need to see the frost pattern on it to see why its not getting to 0 degrees.
