GSL25JFTABS GE Fridge - compressor and fan won’t run

My GE GSL25JFTABS fridge stopped working, the lights inside come on but the compressor and fan won’t come on. I noticed the green light that is normally on on the front ice maker/water dispenser is now off. I tested the compressor resistance and continuity of the combo start relay and both are working, per some google videos I saw. Any thoughts? Could it be the
mother board or something else?

Access the main control board behind the machine. Use a multimeter to check for 120 Volts AC across J8 (compressor) to J7- Pin 9, Neutral. If the voltage is 0 replace the board:
