My 2003 side-by-side refrigerator no longer froze on the freezer side, so I checked the condenser fan. It wasn't running, and the interior seals were getting really hot. Both sides settled in at about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I checked the appropriate replacement condenser fan motor and installed it, but the new motor doesn't run either. Does this mean that the problem is in the wiring to the fan motor or in the circuit board itself? Not sure how to check this with my multimeter. The motor wire has blue, red, and yellow wiring to the connector, but the wiring from the connector to the circuit board is two yelllows and two reds. Or, is there another possible problem? Everything else works just fine on this refrigerator. I'm worried about burning out the refrigerant before I can get this fixed.

Hi,

Just ohm the motor, if it is ok, replace the board.
