Very loud squeal/squeak during agitation only, I can pause the cycle and manually twist agitator a tiny bit and make the sound. Should I remove agitator tower or is it obviously another issue? Thanks for any input.

Update: got the agitator off and found a rusty bobby pin, but noise still present and now is during spin cycle as well

Update #2, took off belt cap and belt is tight and rotation good but smells a little, I see little flecks of it around, going to get one and replace tonight.

Possible belt failure, we shall see...

Final update: $12 belt and it's good as new! Hopefully this helps someone else
