GTW680BSJ4WS Washer not spinning but just agitates when testing in diagnostic mode and in regular spin cycle

So this has been happening for the past 2 months I believe (honestly lost track of when it started). But the main problem is that the washer just starts up, loads water and just doesn’t spin and it ends. I tested the spin in diagnostic mode but it just agitates left and right slowly. Did the faulty codes as well and the codes were about the lock and I don’t really want to try and replace a part in my washer unless all solutions have been tested. Is there a way to fix my problem?

Page 32 tells you how to get the washer in Consumer Error Mode to check for any fault codes.
Page 39 are the fault codes.

In the service manual I posted the link to above check both the Speed Hall Sensor(Speed Sensor) and Mode Shifter.
