GTWN4250M1WS GE Washer - Makes a racket spinning, Should I replace everything?

I have a GE top loading washer GTWM4250M1WS. It makes a racket spinning. I'm going to attempt changing the WH38X10017 Shaft and Tube Assembly.

Am I correct in assuming this is the more likely faulty part? I'm not confident I can just do the bearings part of this. And I can get that part for about $75 newish.

I'm going to replace the seal and buy a new WH2X1193 Hub nut, as people say I might have to destroy the old one getting it off.

While I'm "in there," should I go ahead and AUTOMATICALLY replace (if I can remove it) the tub bearing?
What else should I replace? What about the suspension rods? What about the belt?

I think the washer might be a little over 10 years old I'm not sure. The problem started a couple years ago actually.

Here's the sleeve bearing for your model:
Tub Bearing WH2X1198

You will also need to order the tub nut wrench: Tub Nut Wrench WX5X1325 To remove the inner tub.

Sleeve bearing won't make much in noises....roller bearing in the mode shifter/clutch will!
