Hi!

My Quiet Partner iii turns off a minute after starting. It is hot and has some water in the bottom. This has been happening for the last month or so but if we try 3-10 times then it'll usually get past the first minute eventually and never fails after the first minute.

I have tried the "Sani Rinse," "Heated Dry," "Sani Rinse", "Heated Dry", wait 10 seconds, "Cancel" reset but same thing still happens.

Also I previously had this issue and replaced the console assembly just over a year ago

Hi Andrew, does the cancel/drain button respond at all when you press it and drain the water?

If so, The problem is the control board.
