Haier Chest Freezer HF50CM23NW Bad start relay

I know the start relay is bad, I tested the 10mf run capacitor with ohm meter and it charges/discharges. I thought I could use a Supo URC0410 3n1 with the original run capacitor.. Compressor kicks but the shuts down almost immediately, then will try again and get hot. Checked windings, no shorts, compressor is ZEL HDL 140D L, measured winding, C to S 6.2 | C To R 7.4| S to R 13.4..

The compressor piston is shot internally(mechanically).

Thanks Jake. Figures, two months out of warranty.. These things are really a POS, was my bait freezer might drag it out to the range for target practice..

Haier is made in China, and their compressors are not reliable.

The most reliable compressors are Whirlpool, so I'd buy a Whirlpool Chest Freezer next go around.
