FIXED HBP18GACWW Haier Refrigerator - Has any here bypassed there defrost timer and the icebox still preform good?

Either mechanical or on the control board, bypassing the defrost cycle will only work until the evaporator builds up enough frost to affect the cooling. Usually a week or so.

The compressor will cycle fine. Simply put, you can't bypass the defrost cycle and have the machine work normally.

Sounds like a compressor problem not a defrost issue. Why don't you start from the beginning?

Please also recheck your model number. HBP18GACWW does not pull up as good.

My bad, it does pull up good at RepairClinic, but it says its a Haier Refrigerator:
