I recently replaced the pressure sensor after the dishwasher would not drain and threw the code i20.
I have checked that the drain is clear, there are no obstructions.
I replaced the pressure sensor with part number A00055408
I have tried to go into the diagnostics but am hitting a wall in understanding how to diagnose the drain pump and its function.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I couldn't locate the tech data sheet for this model.

But its easy to check for drain problems. Just let the machine fill then cancel it and see how fast the water flows out the drain hose. I usually remove the drain hose from underneath the sink, then get a bucket and put the drain hose in the bucket and watch how fast the water flows out, it come out very fast with lots of pressure.

You need to make sure your dishwasher drain hose has a loop in it before it connects to the garbage disposal or under the sink plumbing.

You can see how it has to loop in Fig 1, Fig 1a, Fig 2 here: http://www.applianceaid.com/drain_wash.html#drain

Also, if you have a drain air gap per Fig 3 make sure that is not clogged either.
