Some of my features isn’t working now and I was told I needed to set my personality ID but I cannot find what that is any where. Can anyone help??

This is a newer model and I don't have the service manual or tech. data sheet for it.

You will need to contact GE at 1-800-432-2737 to have GE come out and see, especially since its still under the 1 year warranty.
