I have a GDT695SSJ0SS model GE dishwasher that won't come on. I removed the control panel and have a steady green light. what is my remedy?
It was randomly hearing the door alarm sound so I turned that off. Previously when it did not operate, I disconnected the power for a period and it came back on. This time, I left it off overnight and still nothing.

From what I've been reading, it sounds like I need a new UI board, however, Jake has recommended 2 different part numbers. which one should I order?

Yes, that usually indicates the UI Board is the culprit.

Here's the UI Board for your model: WD21X31902 There is a video in the part link that shows you how to replace it.

Well Jake, you did it again! I was able to replace the UI board without removing the dishwasher. The video with the replacement part was VERY helpful and explained everything very well. Thank you for responding so quickly and for your expertise. All systems go now!! And the part came a day earlier than expected from your recommended source. No more handwashing!!!
