My ice maker on my Kitchenaid KRFC704FPS03 isn’t working.

I found some information from other threads and did multiple tests

The ice maker on test 120 goes through a full cycle.
Test 97 - hear a click, and couple drops of water comes out the fill tube
Test 66 - did 15 minutes per instruction and then did test 97. Still just a click and a couple drops of water out the fill tube. It seems it isn’t running for 7 seconds.

I found a service bulletin posted by Jake in another post, so I checked the heater, it was 12vdc and I ohm the heater, it was 56.6. So I think the heater may be good?

I was planning to order the water valve and a new tube heater, but is there any other checks a should be doing? Possibly the correct part numbers I need for the water valve and tube with heater? Thanks for any help

Little more info- for about two weeks my ice tray has had to much water. It typically makes little square cubes, but has been dropping entire solid blocks with about 1/2 of ice on top the cubes. I turned the ice maker off and cleaned all the blocks of ice out of the ice bin, then turned the ice maker back on. It hasn’t worked since.

Did some more checks
Test 14 - 22
Test 16 - 18
Test 26 - 57
Test 31 - 16
Test 36 - -18
Test 56 - runs
Test 57 - runs
Test 59 - runs
Test 65 - 12v
Test 66 - 56.6 oh
Test 79 - 01
Test 97 - couple drops of water, test stops and door panel shows ff
Test 120 - ice maker moves and door panel shows bf
Test 128 - 7.0.0

What is your serial Serial number?

This is the bulletin: Serial Numbers: K80-present

Verify:
1. Visually Inspect Fill Tube for icing
2. Visually Inspect Fill Tube Heater Wires for breakage, or wear - if broken wire is found proceed to step 4.

3. Ohm out Fill Tube Heater Wire (53 - 61 ohms)
a. If out of range Fill Tube with Heater Kit will need to be installed.
Proceed to step 4 to check for control functionality.
4. Put Refrigerator into Service Diagnostic Mode and activate Test # 66.
a. Check Voltage at terminal in Ice Maker Housing for >=12VDC. This is to confirm operation of the Control.
b. If proper voltage is not found additional testing and parts may be required.
5. If functionality of the control is confirmed proceed with correction.

I looked at the fill tube and don’t see any ice build up.
I don’t see any breaks in the wires.
I checked the plug supplying the tube heater, it’s 12v and I ohm tested the wires going into the tube and they are 56.6

Then its possibly a faulty water inlet valve. Does the water from the water dispenser come out good and strong into your glass?

Here's the water inlet valve for your model: W11194380

Ok, then replace the water inlet valve.
