I have a KitchenAid KFCS22EVMS8 with the freezer on the bottom where the ice maker quit working. I did the test by jumpering T-H and the ice maker cycled. I also did the test on the water valve by jumpering V-L and the tray filled with water. So I suspect I have a bad icemaker board. The schematic drawings show a whole ice maker replacement part of W10889233; however, when I removed the ice maker it was W10377182 which is also a whirlpool, but with a thermofuse. We had problems with the icemaker while the fridge was in warranty and they changed the ice maker - hence they put in W10377182. Made great ice for about 5 years. Searching, I found that the replacement for W10377182 is now W10884390 with a thermofuse. So now I am confused - Do I purchase a W10889233 (original equipment) or do I stay with W10884390 the replacement for W10377182? Thank you for any help you can provide.
