Inglis/Whirlpool Dryer IED4400VQ0 Roomate plugged in unit and big sparks, unit won't power on.

I'm a total novice, first time dryer repair. Tested and removed heating element, no continuity. Roommate plugged dryer back in and powered on, result was large spark, small lint fire. Unit will not power on. what fuse and location of fuse to replace? Is there another fuse in addition to the thermal fuse at back of unit? What else should I check? Help GREATLY appreciated!!!!! (My unit is same as the pic attached)

Is the dryer fully assembled again?

If so, the first thing is to check the fuses/beakers for the dryer is the house fuse/breaker panel and/or confirm the full 240 volts is getting to the dryer's main terminal block or wall outlet.

If it is not fully assembled, unplug the dryer cord and confirm 240 volts at the wall outlet.
