• ** REMEMBER! **The microwave can still shock you even unplugged!!

ALWAYS discharge the high-voltage capacitor first if you even think your hands will come close to any HIGH VOLTAGE components.

Jeff mentions this: Anything in the high voltage ( magnetron, capacitor, diode, wires to and from ):
...Use a metal ( not the shiny chrome type ) screw driver with a insulated handle to short across ( touch both at the same time ) the terminals of the high voltage capacitor to discharge it.

Hello..

I want to replace the integrated microwave that was already in the kitchen when I moved into my flat. I've got two problems:

1. It doesn't have any visible make names or model numbers on the front or inside, so I have no idea what size replacement to look for.
2. I also don't know how to remove it from where it currently sits so I can then install the new one. Because I don't know the make/model, I can't look for specific instructions.

This is the microwave in situ: http://s24.postimg.org/m7gsulmd1/20140809_104247.jpg
and this is a close up of its control panel: http://s27.postimg.org/dm2c6o5er/20140809_104132.jpg

Can anyone identify it, or make any suggestions as to how it can be removed?
thanks in advance.

You'd have better luck going to a UK appliance forum, we don't know anything about European Appliances.
