Is there an archive of Energyguide labels for discontinued appliances?

We have an older Frigidaire side-by-side (FRS23H5ASB3) and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the details on energy usage- as in all the info from the yellow Energyguide label they stick on every appliance sold.

I would have imagined this info would be pretty easy to locate... I was wrong.

We're replacing it with a new LG bottom freezer so this is only for my own edification- I know the new fridge has greater capacity and will undoubtedly be more energy efficient but I like hard facts not "I know it in my heart".

I looked through the box of manuals we got from the previous owner of the house and it isn't there or they didn't do Energyguide labels in 2002.

Thanks for your help!

Exact? I do not. You could try asking Frigidaire.

You might be able to calculate a rough average difference using the following site:

I don't know for certain but I would be surprised at that. This is a quote from the paper linked below:

The EnergyGuide Label - paper: said:
Since 1980, major home appliances and heating and cooling equipment have been
required to display the EnergyGuide label. The label is intended to help consumers make
cost-effective appliance purchasing decisions by providing comparative information about
product energy use.

Thanks Dan!

Surprising how economical it is considering they claim "all new fridges are better". only about 6% more energy than the new one we're thinking of (that's slightly smaller).

The biggest change happened in the early 1990’s, a bit more mid 2000, then marginal deceases since.

The different refrigerator configurations also have different ratings and icemaker(s) and dispenser increase the energy usage too
