This Oven always think it's in self cleaning mode even when the door isn't locked. It's will heat up in self-cleaning mode wether the door is locked or not. But it wont heat in regular oven more. Both the elements are working . . . my question; is this a faulty Electronic Clock Control or should I be looking at something else?

What exactly do you mean by that? How do you know it is in "self cleaning mode"?

In this Picture, the dial has been turned to clean, no lights are blinking, both lights "Cleaning" & " Oven on" are lit solid red, the door is Not locked, AND the element is glowing red.

Door latch or switch malfunction?

the door is Not locked, AND the element is glowing red.
There might be a problem with the door latch assembly. There are usually switches on the latch to tell the control its setting. One of the switches could be malfunctioning making the control 'think' the door IS locked when it isn't.
