Hello, I would like to clean the condenser coils on this refrigerator. It has been at least five years since last cleaning. I found a guide here: paulstravelpictures.com/Jenn-Air-Refrigerator-Condenser-Coils-Cleaning-Guide/ It looks straightforward.

When I pull the refrigerator out to access the coils in the back, is there a high risk the pipes/tubing connecting the water line from wall to refrigerator can break with movement, since it has been many years? I don't use the water dispenser for a while, but the water line is connected and available.

Not usually but it would likely also depend on what type of water line was installed (eg. plastic/copper). You can always turn off the tap to the fridge's water supply first.
