FIXED Jenn Air JFC2089WEP11 Refrigerator - PE 000, how to get into programming mode?

A repair tech installed a new control board today but didn’t know how to program after the installation, so now we have a fridge that’s not working at all. The error code is PE 000. It’s a French Door Jenn Air about 8 years old.

i know the code I need to program, but can’t find the right sequence - code is 09

Thank you...that was it and worked. I appreciate the assist, I was finding the button sequence difficult to find and now the fridge is working!
