Jenn Air 30" Electric Wall Oven JJW9530DDS takes extremely long (60min+) to pre heat. I have the oven apart and have checked the temperature probe, all three elements, high temp limiter. I have gone into test mode to test each element and they all activate and work as expected. The issue seems to be during the actual preheat cycle. The system activates the bake element for 20s and the broil element for about 40s which seems backwards. Neither element seems to get very hot during this time either (maybe cycle isn't long enough for them to reach temperature). Can this cycle be adjusted or is it hard programmed into the control board? Anything else I could check? Thanks!!

Follow up information I just found out. During the preheat cycle when the system relays click to deactivate the bake element and activate the broil element you get 240V for a second and then it is gone meaning the broil element barely heats up at all during that one second. Testing the broil element during Broil
Operation and it functions no problem with a steady 240V at the element.

Yes upon further dissection I found an area that seems to have shorted on an adjacent metal cover plate. Seems to be the area where the relays are for the elements.

Yes, that is the problem. Replace the oven control board and you'll be back in business.
