I attached the parts list for this model and I realize on the parts list it list both #79 and #57 orifices for illustration number 11. My question is with 6 burners on this unit wouldn't there be a QTY. of Six and if so and this is simply a typo. which orifices go where? The issue I'm having is when this unit was bought they tried to convert it to natural gas and changed the orifices and didn't keep the old ones. So now I am having to revert them back to LPG service and get it running right again. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I do not know. Have you tried contacting Jenn-Air/Whirlpool?

Typically the lower the # the higher the BTU. A #57 should generate 12916 BTU on LP. (Your model says burners are 12000 BTU on propane, 15000 on NG). A #79 orifice should be 1469 BTU on LP (maybe for the griddle?)

BTW Both those orifices appear to be discontinued. :/
