I’ve got a GE JGB700EEJ4ES gas oven. I love it but today went to steam clean it. I followed the instruction, twice, it starts working, I can see the flame start but after about 5 minutes the flame goes out. Once the timer runs out and I open the oven it’s just warm inside.
any ideas why it’s not heating fully? The door is locked, it’s starting at room temperature and I don’t try to open the door.

That's very odd, I've not run into that problem before. I don't have the service manual or I could help you troubleshoot it.

Hopefully another tech. or member that's seen this happen can shed some light on it for us.

Anyone know the parameters it goes through- like the temp it goes to and for how long - I could just do the steam clean manually
