I have a JS760EL4ES GE Oven. One day it stopped pre-heating without any error codes. We changed the temp probe, convection motor (fan rotates yet), control panel board, and most recently the cooling fan sensor board. None of these parts have fixed the issue. The oven will go up one degree at a time and we're lucky if after 15 minutes it's at 150 degrees. We've had two different appliance companies recommend these parts. We are perplexed and frustrated. Oh, and there is not a chip stuck in the convection fan. I appreciate everyone's help!

We checked the circuit breaker and the electricity going into the appliance. We are getting 220V to the back of the stove. What do you press on a GE electrical oven control panel to see error codes?

Hi,

I posted the service manual in post #2 here:

Does the broil element come on and heat when you set your control to broil?

Have you ohm tested your BAKE heating element? Make sure you disconnect power to your machine first!

Here's the BAKE heating element for your model:

Hi Jake,

I appreciate your help. Both elements turn on but they never get really hot. I turned the oven on BAKE and it's at 193 degrees after about 25 minutes.

We did not ohm test the bake heating element. Are you thinking this could possibly be the issue even though it turns on and gets slightly warm?

I pressed numbers 1-3-0 simultaneously and receive the following faults:
2F200Clr
1F310Clr

Does Clr mean they are no longer an issue?

What is the "relay" you mentioned in post #8/#9 on this thread? When I paste the link, the part doesn't come up on the website anymore.

Thanks again!

That I don't know, the service manual does not mention anything like that, unless I missed it in there: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vcAogIm1Ms7UpsEcKflNyQ83w87VG1-Z/view?usp=share_link

@Richard Chase mentioned that relay, but I don't see it as a part, just in the schematics, so I'm puzzled by that too.

I haven't worked on this model as of yet, so we just have to go by the service manual and what others have posted on this issue.

In your 1st post you said this:

You replaced the convection fan motor? But not the cooling fan motor?

The cooling fan motor is usually the problem child for heating issues per what others have mentioned.

Here's the cooling fan motor for your model:
