Hey Guys, I can't win with this oven. 9 months ago replaced the control board, ($400) and the upper temp sensor. Last month replaced lower temp sensor. Oven was working great. Today after we used it the control panel went blank. There is still power to oven. Pushing the buttons does nothing. :wall::wall:

Did you check power to the oven with a volt meter? If so, what volts do you have at the unit where the power cord connects to it?

Thank you Jake. I have not done anything yet. Don't I have power if both the upper and lower light bulbs come on when I open the oven doors. Do I need to check power still. Thank you!

Hi @Jake . Ok, I pulled the breaker switch to the oven for a few minutes. When I turned the breaker back on, the display on the control board started flashing from left to right, each graphic and number in the control board, one at a time. This went on for a couple minutes. Now I am back to no lights and nothing happens when I press any button. 😥😥😥

Then it sounds like you have a electrical problem to it Gary.

That's why its wise to confirm you are getting the proper power of 240 volts to it from the terminal block on the oven, where the main comes in.

Alright Jake. Thank you. I disconnected the two connectors from inside the oven from the main power line. The one on the left is testing at 240 volts. Yellow Arrow. The one on the right is testing at 120 volts. Green arrow.

Ok Gary, I'm not sure if that is the way its suppose to be or not, I don't have the incoming power schematic for this model and without that I don't know.

So you may need to get GE to come out at 1-800-432-2737 on this problem.

Thank you @Jake. The control board I have is under warranty and they are swapping it out for me, luckily. I have the wiring diagram paper that was taped behind the control panel. I am trying to read it to see if it says anything about voltage.

Fixed. It was the control board (again). Appliance Parts Pro was very good about replacing this under the warranty. No questions asked. (y)
