That's the first thing that came to my mind in your first post, was the oven sensor, but then your 2nd post said BOTH ovens were having the exact same issue, and having both oven sensors go bad at the same time is unheard of. LOL
But if you want to ohm test both oven sensors, you certainly can.

Disconnect power to your double oven first! Then instead of pulling the double oven out, you can remove the screws from each oven sensor from inside the both ovens and pull the oven sensors into the oven slowly until you see the plastic electrical connector, then remove that connector and ohm test them.
