Get a digital oven thermometer and see if its reading the same as what you set your oven at.

Hi Jake, the top oven is correct, the set temp matched the oven thermometer I put in. The lower oven is 25 degrees lower inside the oven vs what we set the oven at. The lower oven is the problem.

Did you check your lower oven sensor again to make sure it reads between 1050 to 1100 ohms at room temperature?

If that's good, then you can manually adjust your lower oven temperature higher per your owners manual.
