Found a lengthy old thread that totally solved my Kitchenaid fridge problems (bad start relay). Really impressed with the care you give to answers and that you seem to answer everyone's questions! Got a lot more help just reading here than from the Sears tech people when they sent me parts with different numbers than the instructions. Also got the confidence to make the repair myself. Thanks for your good work. I happily made a small donation.

Thanks robbielink for the nice compliments and donation, yes lots of forums don't answer everyone, they just pick and choose, we try to answer everyone even if we don't the answer we usually refer people to another site than can assist instead of not answering at all.
