KBFS20EVMS13 clicks and buzzes, but compressor wont turn on

I have a KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator, model KBFS20EVMS13. It recently stopped working (compressor wouldnt turn on), and I replaced the start relay (WPW10448874). The compressor started and fridge/freezer got cold. Freezer was down to about 10 degrees F before I went to bed. Everything seemed to be running fine. I left it plugged in over night and when i went to the garage to check on it the next day, and it was not working correctly. It was clicking about every 30 seconds, then make a buzzing sound and then turn off. The fridge was no longer cooling (obviously, since the compressor was not running). It would repeat this cycle continuously. Before I order any more parts, I was just going to look for an expert opinion. What do you think the problem is?

That's very strange, is the condenser fan motor running while the compressor is starting? It sits next to your compressor.

Do you have a multimeter to ohm test that compressor start relay device? Unless that compressor start relay device is defective, then the problem would be a bad compressor.

You have 5 years PARTS and LABOR warranty on the compressor from KitchenAid. You would need to set up a service call with them for a tech. to come out to verify: http://www.kitchenaid.com/customer-service/
