So I am hoping someone can point me in the direction of what component on the circuit board might be causing this problem. Initial complaint was dishwasher not cleaning properly and code stored was 7-1. I checked heater element and it worked well directly to 120v. I found fried wires going to circuit board and repaired them and resoldered connections on circuit board. But I feel like a relay or component must be bad causing the voltage to drop under load to a such low amount that it won't turn a light on or obviously heat up the heating element. Youtube video I made

This is before I resolderd the connection on the circuit board and cut back the wires to good wire and soldered on new connection and plugged them in the right spots. Everything works and dishwasher will cycle but heating element obviously isn't getting the voltage it needs when under load if it won't power a lamp. Looking for which pieces on circuit board I should replace to have best chance of not spending 200 on new board. Thanks!

showing it. And the damage I found to the wires.

You would need a new control board when the original one gets burnt like that.

Here's the control board for your model:
Control Board W10854215

They don't make a board level schematic to see which component on the control board is failing under that load, so there's no way of knowing in your video.

Some Whirlpool dishwasher boards have a 7A SMD fuse soldered directly to the board and I replace quite a few of them. Yours may be blown but I agree with Jake, get a new board. With the terminals so burnt up, your electrical connections are seriously compromised.

I did redo them completely with new wires, new solder to the board and everything.... resistance from the lead to the board is not high. but ok
