KDFE104DSS2 has no power, lights,or response on touchpad.

I checked incoming voltage to board and got 120. Picture below. I also accidentally smoked up the contacts while checking for voltage, but I still get 120 hope I didnt mess nothing up.

I'm just a dumb lineman for the local utility. Any help is appreciated.

I'm attaching the tech. data sheet below.

To check for voltage at the control board--->P4-1(WHITE wire Neutral) and P4-2(BLACK wire Line).:)

Lets first check the door switch. Check the resistance of the door switch with a multimeter. Should be less than one ohm. High ohms=bad switch.

Here's the door latch switch assembly for your model you can order if yours is bad:
Door Latch WPW10653840

There is a video in the door latch switch part link that shows you how to remove it and replace it.

Thanks for the quick response. When I took the panel apart to expose the board, the board was actually dangling by the wire going to the touchpanel, instead of attached to the back panel.

I robbed a screw from the panel, attached the board correctly and plugged the connector back up to the board and everything works now.
