Our dishwasher has begun making a loud popping noise when you open the door. It also seems like the door is uneven. The left side seems to be closer to the tub than the right side when it is fully open. Thoughts on what this might be?

First check both door springs to make sure neither one broke, if one did break you can order it here: Door Spring WP8270020 (Video Included)

If both springs are fine, then its the cable or rollers that broke, you can order it here: Hinge Cable 8194001 (Video Included)
