I have a KitchenAid KDTM354DSS5 non-responsive to pushing any control buttons to turn on. Verified circuit breaker wasn't tripped and switched it off and on again to be sure. Hard-wired. Removed wire caps and checked to make sure both wires were connected. Tested and verified at least 120V on multimeter. Can't find any sign of a fuse location on control panel and not sure next step to troubleshoot.

I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below. The fuse is marked F9 on the control board. Look on pages 1 and 2.

Here's the control board for your model: W11368631

Thanks for sending. I think I discovered the issue. See attached. Not sure why this would happen. Circuit board under touchpad control panel. On other side of these burn marks are the start and cancel control buttons. Obviously I can replace this component but not sure what caused it and if there's another issue that if replaced, I could burn up another touchpad.

Yes, I see that. I don't know what caused it, but that is the part you will need to fix it.

Here's that part you need:

Hi Jake, I see F9 on the wiring diagram but can't see it on the board. How to check if the fuse is failed. My machine has no power at all.
