The dishwasher stopped working few weeks ago, where I noticed the washarms are not working (don't spread the water). I ran the diagnostic test and it shows only F1, 3 times. I also called a repair technician to tell what is the issue. He mentioned that the motor is not getting signal so it is probably the electric board or the panel or both. After that he said, I may need to replace the motor as well. In summary the estimate for repair is almost the same as buying a new one.

I wonder if there any way to know what is the exact piece broken. Attached is the video with the diagnostic check. Can anyone tell me what is the error code? I believe this indicates the electric board needs a replacement.
