Found a little water underneath the dishwasher last night. I had used ProDry option for the first time (which blows air to help dry the dishes). When I placed my hand underneath the door I can see that insulation was wet. I removed the kick cover which has additional insulation and this was wet too. I placed my hand within the bottom of the door as far as I can and found about a hands length of insulation was wet. It seemed dry the rest of the way. There was no water around the drain pump, circulation motors, etc. Only within the door.
I am assuming I need a new door seal or can it be the seal around the soap dispenser?

I managed to take the door off to investigate further. In the fourth photo about half the white insulation is humid. The area around the soap dispenser is completely dry. So does this indicate the bottom door seal, the seal along the edges or both?

Found the root cause. It was actually the previous fix I made to the lower dish arms. The silicone didn't hold up and is causing a high pressure jet directed at one of the door corners of the dishwasher. I don't think these machines are made to prevent leaks from that kind of onslaught. Back to the drawing board on the lower wash arm. Still waiting for the replacement part to come in

Good job finding the problem, Rick is under the weather or I would of referred him to your thread, because I have never run across this problem before.
