i have a Kenmore washing machine series 500 model 110.25132411 it was shaking violently in the spin cycle i replaced the 4 suspension rods and springs and plastic cups in the kit and it still does the same violently banking is there any other springs or mounts that could be broken causing this let me know thanks

Where did you get the suspension spring and rod kit at? It does make a difference.

Where did you buy the first ones at?

So you ordered a 2nd set OEM ones I posted above and still does the same thing?

Then you have a unusual issue that you will need to have a tech. come out to see what's going on.

I've replaced many of these OEM suspensions rods and spring kits and it always fixes it for my customers.
