Kenmore 795.74033411 refrigerator - Ice maker ejector arm can’t get ice cubes out of tray

Kenmore 795.74033411 refrigerator, ice maker part SZAC001SB1. Ice maker fills with water, freezes ice, but then ejector arm can’t get ice cubes out of tray. I can hear motor whirring a bit, and ejector arm looks bowed in the middle like it’s under pressure.

After a few minutes with ice compartment door open troubleshooting, I guess ice melts just enough for ejector arm to turn and it ejects ice to bucket. So, is this a mold heater issue? If I buy new ice make assembly (it’s available for purchase), is the heater part of the assembly? Will this fix my issue or is there something else I’m missing.
