Kenmore Dryer 417.81122310 Not Heating

No heat. Replaced thermal fuses, thermistor, outlet, high temperature thermostat. Found the black wire to the control panel relay was burned at the connection. How do I test if the relay is shot? Can I just replace the relay?

Hi,

--->Position cycle selector to NORMAL, temperature selector to HIGH HEAT and touch START. Measure voltage across terminals on relay RL2 (heater relay) on electronic control. If meter reads 240V on electric models and 120V on gas models, replace electronic control.

You can't replace just the relay, you'd need to replace the whole control board to fix it.
