Washer suddenly started getting a UE (unbalanced) code during spin cycle of large loads. Small loads seem ok. I opened it up to look at the two suspension springs and they look ok. One makes a bit of a moaning sound when moved, but it looks ok (see picture). I removed the back and looked at the three shocks. They are all connected and seem to be ok as well. Obviously I could only see the back one very clearly, but the front two seem to move ok when the tub is moved. Any ideas what could be the cause? The washer has always had a tendency to walk a bit in the spin cycle though I have it sitting on cushioned feet blocks. The washer is used heavily to wash sheet sets.

Btw, I noticed the bottom hook of the two springs are attached facing different directions (one toward the front, the other the back), does this matter?
