Our kenmore he2 gave the error message of f21 a couple days ago and was full of water, so we cleaned the trap (which was FILLED with gunk so we figured that was the issue) and used the shop vac to get out the excess water. but I just tried to do a load today and it won’t work.
I can power the machine on and set the cycle. The machine locks the door, unlocks the door (lights on add garment) and locks again. Usually I start hearing the machine fill with water but nothing ever starts happening. But the timer starts counting down. Not sure what’s going on. I ran a 15 min spin and drain cycle to see if there was excess water that needed to be drained out. Any direction of what we should do next?
