Kenmore model 790.5676 Electric range--The clock on the range is on. Neither the oven or the cook top are working/heating up.

Missing digits.
Says 7,575 models start with those.

Some model# helps.
Checked for power to the range? The clock is 110-120 volts ac but the elements are 220-240 volts ac. If we loose one of the 2 lines the clock and light will still work but no elements will work.
House fuse, house breaker, burnt wire, burnt power cord are possible trouble makers.
A volt meter will help to test 220-240 volts from black to red, 110-120 volts ac from black or red to white.
