Kenmore Range 790.92314307 Temp sensor keeps going bad

Hi I have a 16yr old Kenmore range (790.92314307), the original part has a different plastic fitting than what they sell now as a replacement, I bought 3 sensors that fit mine plug/prong part, 1 new and 2 used taken from a stove that had other problems.

My oven will heat fine 2-3 times baking and then next time I go to preheat to bake it’s just warm, never heating up to my set temp.

My question is what else could it be that’s making these go bad?
 
Disconnect power to the range, then measure the resistance of the oven sensor at room temperature.

If it measures about 1050 to 1100 ohms, Replace the control:
