Because it is Canadian and specific to Sears
Canada whom is out of business. Sears Canada never put any of their product information online.
If you contact Frigidaire
Canada they can look up any part numbers you need as they made that particular unit for Sears. Ask for the part number. You can then order it from a local parts supplier using that number.

I am looking for the part # for bottom element in oven
There are also usually numbers stamped into the element's mounting plate which could also be used to track down a proper replacement.
