I cant begin to say how awful this 106.51133213 side by side is. I have replaced the door wires 3 times in the last 6 years, and the light is a constant flicker challenge because of one small resistor on the board.
But I digress...now the ice maker, while dumping the ice, will try to go to far while twisting and cause the gears to "POP, POP, POP, POP" for 20 seconds or more. I put in a new icemaker (one I got years ago before discovering the faulted broken wire design) and it still does the same thing. What now? The only thing I can think of is that the control board that tells the ice maker to run is giving bad signals. Anyone have this issue before?
