I have a Kenmore Model 795.77563600, Serial No 604KR01723 refrigerator. The control panel will not respond to any button touches. I have tried unplugging the unit for 30 minutes and then plugging it back in with no change in panel touch. Everything is working except the touch panel. The ice maker works but I have turned it off since I can't change the default setting from water to ice with the panel touch button.

Is there a PC board behind the touch panel? If so, how do I remove the panel to access the PCB so I can get the part number? Photos attached. I have removed the rear access panel and see the PCB. I guessing that this board controls the fridge/freezer operation and that the touch panel is controlled by a board behind the panel. If this is true, does anyone know the part number for this board?

If I can't repair the touch panel the thing is headed for the dump.

Thanks Jake.
Reading the service manual instructions I was able to remove the panel. The board looks exactly like your picture. Now I have to figure out how to get the refrigerator to the dump. Unfortunate because the fridge and freezer still work but you can't make any adjustments.
