Kenmore Washer 796.41073310 will not drain. No clog and pump works

My Kenmore (LG) 796.41073310 will not drain. Get an OE error. I checked all the clog locations and there are no clogs or kinks. I removed the drain pump and applied 110V and it works. The impeller does come off of the shaft, but it appears that it is made this way. When the impeller housing is put back on, it seems that this pushes the impeller onto the shaft. What else should I check?
